so i.j.h have been busy working with the amazing laña sound studio and ray of sunshine,. within a short amount of time, all of them put down one in pro style and time the track called "fill up". the track has been a staple part of i.j.h's set and now has be transformed into a brilliant fusion of hip hop and dub reggae from the influences of laña sound, and that summer vibe from ray of sunshine on the chorus, the vibe in the studio when the track was down was electric. everyone just being on the top of there game. castonettes were kindly supplied from the assistant at laña sounds!!!
